World Map

We just downloaded this for the first time on one of our computers and we are unable to open the large world map to see where our quest objectives are located at. We have tried to both right click and left clicking the world map button. What are we doing wrong or should this be bumped to it being a bug.

OK, we ended up getting to make it work correctly by taking any add on that was out of date that was on the computer already. Not sure which one was the cause for the problem at this time but it was.

i hear carbonite was the reason the world map was not showing try updating it or disabling it
