Having a little trouble need some advice

Tried my hand at some Editing of the Panal's but weven tho i have nothing above the back box's i still get a humugus white line accross any suggestions

I think your problem is that you need to add an alpha channel to your image as the background. If you make it completely see through it should get rid of the white blocks behind your console areas.

What format you saved your images?

Save the image as a transparent png, then use this to convert it to blp.
