Gathering skill mod?

Looking for a mod that tells you what skill you need for gathering professions. Example- you click on an herb and it says 'herbalism skill 50 needed'
I had it before the last patch, but can't remember the name, or if it was part of another mod.

Also, are there any mods that do the same thing as khaos did for managing mods in game?

Sounds like GatherSage.

Mods managing addons are plentiful.

LoadIT, ACP, Ampere and more, all of them are quite decent.
