Borders

Hey everyone since patch 2.4 I've been thinking of redoing my UI but I am having some troubles finding/making borders for my chat/spells boxes, I found this UI on the site and I would like to know how to get/make this borders.
Any help is appreciated.

That is a custom made boarder from Hal's UI, just add the file from the shared media folder into yours
