oUF pet frame when vehicle-exitting

If you are a hunter with a pet (or warlock), the petframe won't switch back to the pet itself after exitting from a vehicle.
Is there anyway to fix it?

And has anyone fixed the oUF/element/aura.lua yet? The current code seems to break the /fstack function in game.
