Is this POSSIBLE?

I just thought of possibly what could be an absolutely awesome Add-on too WoW, I've heard of music add-ons and WoW music converts and Sound converters, Even Special add-ons that play certain music when you go in battle. But what about an add on that plays a sort of Voice when you hit a spell? For instance- You hit the button for "Frost nova" And it plays a voice sound (whatever languages you like) Of someone saying the spell.. Or some sort of similarity? Is this even possible? I made a account here just to ask this question.

PlaySound will play custom sound files for abilities. However, you must get your own sound files.
