Need a UI to change Loading Screen!

Hi guys I've searched a lot the internet for a mod to replace the current loading screen images and I was surprised not to found any.

Please, could anyone make just a small mod for us so we could be able to put our own different WoW images?

I would imagine that "that" would be against the ToS due to the requirement to modification of game files (image files associated with the loading screen). The loading screen is directly associated with the World of Warcraft application, not the User Interface.

unable to do it with addons, its done with model changing and changing the MPQ files and needs third party apps which is aginst the TOS.

To elaborate on that, mods are loaded during that loading screen. You can't use a mod if it's not loaded yet.
