Help with Character/talent/spell book/battleground frames!?

This is very weird, I'm not sure what addon has done this but whenever I press "c" for my character frame, and then I try to pull up any other frame like a vendor frame or even just a dialog frame, it will put the frame over the character frame! It's very annoying. Anyone know how to fix this? It doesn't overwright it, it justs puts it on the chatacter frame as if it wasn't even there.
