Mouse hover over areas in map not working

Whenever I hover over an area in the map, apart from the zone I am in, the map is not shown, is otherwords, the map does not work for me. I have a Mac, could this be the problem. Don't flame my mac.

It's not a Mac thing. I'm on a Mac, and I don't have the problem - at least, I didn't the last time I was in game.

The small Blizzard zone map will and other addons can force a specific zone to be selected, which is a global game setting that will also change the zone selected in Carbonite.

Close the small Blizzard zone map window (x button), which is the #1 cause of that problem.
