Quest Prioritizing

How do I set it up so it puts more priority on when a quest is complete. Right now i keep getting into where i finish a quest but instead of turning it in i'm going to another zone or further away to do another one because it's closer but in the opposit direction so i never end up handing the quest in.

Click the "Priorities" button at the top of the Watch List and make the "Sort, Complete" number higher.
