Loz closed up shop a week or so ago. He finaly threw in the towel after a long battle with whether or not he would continue. Shame to see it down but life moves on.

I mean any existing profils for download and edit. ( Frame )

Your best bet is to let go of Discord and move on to other Addons. Discord may work now, but there are comparable mods out there that do the same or more, and are still under constant development.

I don't like that Loz gave up either; I was a Discord Whore since the beginning, and was also sad to see it dwindle into nothingness.

i'm sure that there are plenty of people who will miss discord. I know i will. I've found some nice replacements, but part of me still feels a small pang everytime i look at old UI screens and remember the greatness that was my Discord UI.

But all discordians must move along, swallow our sorrow and move onto mods that areactually updated, actually maintained, and not dangled infront of our faces to try and get us to pay for something and get nothing.

Loz threw in the towel a long time ago. It just took 6 months for the towel to hit the floor.

He actually quit because the site died before he could do a beta of DUB.

Actually the site http://www.discordmods.com came back online (well I can connect to it now), but without anything changed or updated still.

Its up, however some moron has spammed the forums again. If the site stays up, then Loz really needs to recode the thing and maybe find a different host. The old/current host (I do not know if the web host has changed) would cut the site off when bandwidth exceeded the limits. At the very least someone should archive the Layouts section so all that work does get lost if the site goes down again.

Probably going to sound stupid, but how is it hacked? Could you elaborate some more?

Well... actually I did some searching it now it seems his site is located in La Habra, CA, wasn't it in Michigan before? Is that what you meant, that someone else now controls it and hasn't changed the site yet or something?

The domain still belongs to the same person (who lives in Michigan) and will not expire until 09-May-08 (registered with GoDaddy).
The name resolvers for the domain are still the same too, so if the site is different then yes it has been hacked for good The current site is hosted at LunarPages and they are in LA indeed.

Well, the site is exactly the same. So I don't know >.<

Really though, I stopped using discord a while ago and gave up any hope I had in Loz ever finishing DUB. So I really don't care either way.

EDIT: Just got done talking to Loz in WoW. He said it was not intended and he will look into it later as he was doing Kara atm.
