I just right click the buff. Granted, I only have a level 7 Shaman.

I believe you can get rid of individual ones by right clicking the buff you get from them or to get rid of them all you should have a spell called totemic recall or something like that (been ages since i've played my shaman) and that will get rid of them all.

make a macro and put this in it:

Code:
/run for i=1,4 do DestroyTotem(i) end
I use this for my shaman It destroys all totems up, nice to use since I don't have totemic call right now.

Totemic Recall is learned at level 30. Until then, Ferous' macro is probably the way to go.

I don't recall how it works in the Blizz Totem interface - I think that TR should appear (if you know it) as a fifth button on the right end of the Totem Bar. I use Totem Timers, and TR doesn't appear explicitly, I just right click on the "Call of Elements" or whatever.
