Carbonite Not working

I am haveing trouble with carbonite stop working, the arrow at the top of the screen the shows the distant to quest location stops working its like its stuck, the it dosnt count down to quest location or nothing how do I fix this.

You may have an addon error happening, which then causes the game to disable the code.

Error messages will not be seen unless "Display Lua Errors" is on. Press ESC, click Interface, click Help!, check "Display Lua Errors", click Okay and then logout and login. Try it again. See if any error messages appear and post the first error here.
