Looking for good Agp video card (upgrading)

Well I am looken to upgrade my Video card pretty sure its the bottleneck in my system

I am currently using a gforce fx5200 agp 8x card with 128ddr

My system is as follows

athlon xp2800+ (yes i know its old)
1gig ram
only supports Agp type cards

So I am looking for a Agp 8x Video card that will run Wow with all video setting maxed and still push out more then 20fps in battlegrounds for under $100 (its a old game this should be possable)

Any suggestions ....Anyone?
