Help in hiding basically all UI Elements.

Hey very new here so I will just get right into it;

I would very much like to disable all of the main bar UI elements including and consisting as follows;

Right and Left Griffins (easy to do)
All contents of the MicroMenu inlcuding icons and mouse over tooltips
The background art of the MainMenu bar
All the bags in the bag bar including icons and mouse over tooltips
The prevention of Icons and mouse over tooltips appearing after player opens Game Menu
##

However I would like the actual action button 1-12 as well as the experience bar to stay intact.

Help in this matter would be very much appreciated, thank you.
