Sky & Drop Down Menu's

Greetings.

I really need help with my current project, Elite Player Frame.

What I would like are the following...

1. Sky Support
   I would like to be able to use Sky to allow users of EPF to see what frame their target has chosen (if they have both EPF and Sky installed - won't work otherwise).
2. A Drop-Down Menu
   I am still a noob coder and have no clue as to how to code a drop-down menu. What I would like is a small frame with a menu, allowing users to choose a frame from there if they would rather not use slash commands or key bindings (already included).

Please do not add any required dependancies! Any dependancies must be optional!

My current build of EPF is available here.

Please help me as I am inferior.
