What do you mean ?
The cooldown bar isn't showing ? The cooldown counter on the action bar isn't showing ? Which version of nUI are you using ? And perhaps a screenshot just in case the above questions doesn't help us to help you  I'm still using 5.07.03 and the cooldown bar is appearing fine for me. The cooldown counter isn't on the action bar at least consistently on that version but I think it was fixed in 5.07.04 but I think there were a few other bugs in that version to use it at the moment.
