Can anyone post the latest version?

I cant get access to my copy of WoW while travelling but I would like to do some mod work and I didnt pack up that particular file onto my laptop.

is this the latest one? i just extracted it from my patch.mpq. i also checked in patch-2.mpq, but there wasn't one in there. if this isn't the latest one, point me to where it would be and i'll put it here for you.
