Yea it will be nice. But for Assassination, since it's a random skill you learn from 94 to 100 level. Is it possible to check if the character has learned that skill / exists in spellbook? If not, then the next way it will be to check if level is 100.

IMO disabling SnD for assassination is still a good idea since, as mentioned, it's passive w/ the new perks, and you can make/find a WeakAura string for SnD in the meantime. Most everyone is using WeakAuras for some random thing or other that needs more than just a minute glance.
