Deleted Addon - can't find it again... lol

Hi all,
I had an addon that showed damage to my items worn as percentages in the character window, it also edged the item icons in green Blue or Purple, depending on the level of the item. It also allowed me to change items from the Character window (when I moused over an item it added all the others I could swap in as a list).

I know it seems silly but I can't find it again on Curse and can't remember it's name...

Any ideas please?
