Unable ocomplete quest

Quest info:
lvl 83 Location: Uldum quest name: Do the World a Favor quest ID: 27187

error log: This objective is not in the database

ok I got the quest and completed the quest and a question mark is suppose to come up to complete the quest but nothing happens. No way to complete quest at this time.
