Show enemy spellcasting mod?

What I'd love would be a mod that displays what your enemey is casting in a for example purple text above his head, much like the way damage is displayed.

Since you can see what spell your opponent is casting in the combatlog it should be possible, it would be very helpful as it's hard to see this in the combatlog due to all of the battlespam and even though you can guess what your opponent is casting 90% of the time it's nice to know for sure.

- Especially with small targets like gnomes whos' casting animations are very small.

Anyways, if anyone would like to attempt making a mod like this it would be highly appriciated!
