Hey Scott, do you have any idea yet how you were going to implement the layout creation tool. Was it going to be just the case of us more code editing types to make the layouts via file editing or were you going to have a GUI based editor kind of thing ?

Sweet .. was just thinking ahead .. been changing the sizes of the main action buttons and the positioning of the micro menu items manually whenever I download a new nUI version. Was thinking if it wasn't going to be GUI based then maybe rig something up to do that stuff for me in game instead of alt tabbing and reloading every 5 seconds - rofl

In due time, you'll be able to create a "copy" of the default layout, then edit that copy either in the saved variables file by hand or by using the GUI tool... so when there are new versions of nUI released, they won't break your existing layout at all.
