Reset recount on login but not on d/c login....

So I'm not sure this is even possible, but I would love a mod that can tell if you've been logged out for, say, 15 mins and will reset Recount upon login, but won't reset it if you've only been logged out for say 13 mins. The deal is that I have Recount set to hide most of the time, but I forget to reset it after a night of Ulduar or what have you. So then after I load in, Recount is taking up a lot of memory. Once I reset Recount and do a garbage collection its all good, but I think a mod to do this would be cool too for other forgetful raid leaders out there. The 15 min check is to ensure that when you log in after a d/c your Recount doesn't get reset, because we probably don't want that.

So is this even possible? And if not, is the reset Recount on login possible, because I could deal with that too I think. Just not as ideal. Thanks!
