Model:SetSequenceTime(); bug?

I have been doing some playing around with the new model widgets. One of the (potentially) coolest parts is the ability to play animations with them. The problem is that SetSequence(sequence) only plays the animation for about .2 seconds.

To remedy this, I looked up SetSequenceTime. There seems to be a bug however (eithr that or it just doesnt work as it looks like it should). The time variable seems to have no effect on anythign at all. I have tried values from .0001 to 10000 and alot in between, but nothing seems to affect the animation played at all. (I'm letting Tem try a negative value for time

Does anyone know how this works or wether it is just a bug?

Anybody been able to figure this out yet?
To me it looks like all emotes that are cycling (idle, walk, run, etc) work properly when using SetSequenceTime(). All others that have a single sequence of frames (for instance wave, sit) are way too fast or get overriden by the idle emote almost immediately.
