Grid Add-on/Other Raid Frame for Selecting Raid Members?

Hi.

1st time poster, long time follower of the site.

I am a Holy Paladin that has recently made the decision to attempt to migrate to 100% key binds, moving away from mouse over macros/clique/etc.

Currently I am looking for an addon, or a module to an addon, that will allow me to assign keybinds to select specific raid members. For example: The basic default UI allows you to select party member 1 as F1, party member 2 as F2, and so on. I would like to do this for all ten slots of my ten man raid team.

The plan on paper essentially is to use my razer naga to select my targets. (i.e. the buttons on the side) and use my G13 buttons to cast.

Looking for any feedback available on this possibility, and/or a similar approach.

The trivial way to do it would be to create 10 macros with
/tar raid1
/tar raid2
..
/tar raid10
and keybind them
(bindpad or spellbinder should work nicely)

I still believe that this is not a good way to heal.
Separating the targeting and casting portion is always going to be slower than mouseover macros or click-casting.
