i have been having water problems on ultra and so i was browsing the bug report forums and came across this thread here

explains that any addon using a viewport makes the water look like that anything that can be done or is this on blizzards end?

Blizzard I'm afraid. If the thread linked above doesn't suggest it, you may want to turn down your water quality to fair. That seems to be the only fix for now.

The 5.07.04 (Development) update I released last night should fix this problem until Blizzard fixes it.
