Getting item info to show in bags

I'm wondering if anyone out there might be able to help me. I've lost all item info whenever i go to look in my bags. I mouse over the item no information shows up. Basically if i want to see the item info or even what it is i have to link it through chat for myself. Any help with getting bag item info to show up would be most appreciated

when there is no error you will have to disable your addons 1 per 1 to check at which one fails, to make it easier, use ACP (AddOn Control Panel) with it you can load/unload AddOns ingame without logging out.
