how do i install nUI enhancements?

I had left the WoW world due to an active/busy lifestyle but am wanting to return. As a result I upgraded nUI to the latest version and signed up for the + version.

Ive got nUI installed, but i want to add a few of the skins Ive downloaded as well as a few other modules (healbot integration, nUI config, dual stats).

Where exactly do I place these files? Do they get lumped together in the default directory or do they have to be split out according to the file types?

I havent seen anything in documentation or in the forums that would assist me.
