Event Starter / Aggro

Hey all, im looking for a addon that displays/outputs who has started a event.

AKA: Some loser starts ICC Gunship Battle before everyone is ready, i'd like to know who started the event.


Secondly, im looking for a addon (I KNOW THIS IS OUT THERE) that will tell who is doing wrong sh#t...

AKA: Who got hit by tail sweep in Onyixa and aggro'd all the whelps....


I know these addons are probably already made, i searched and searched but i cant find them, any help would be great! Thx WoW Interface!

Second one would be either Recount Failbot or EnsidiaFails

Not sure about the first one, but you can see all game events with /eventtrace. I'm thinking starting a fight does not trigger an event for you if somebody else started it.
