Ingame addon managers?

So far I've found Addon Manager and Ampere on this site and considering the comments on Addon Manager I think it's outdated. Ampere on the other hand.. it does everything Tekkub made it to do but it lacks changing between addon sets.

I've tried addonswitcher but I'd really prefer an addon manager that has the functionality built-in.
So.. Does anyone know a good (preferably lightweight or LoadOnDemand) addon manager?

I use ACP Addon Control Panel.
