where does that located at ... occasionally it will ask to complete the quest on the spot after completing quest i had to unload carb to click complete button on my screen and reload it...

so where is it?

on the questwatch list when you complete a quest like that there is a yellow ? that will appear on the questwatch list... click it.

I think it's red, not yellow, isn't it?

Anyway, you can also key alt-L to open the blizzard quest log and complete the quest there. No need to unload and reload carbonite.

The complete quest question mark ('?') will display next to a quest that is click to complete on the tracker window UNLESS the quest is not in the DB (if the quest name has a redish dot next to it in the tracker then its not in the DB), in that case you can bring up the default quest window by hotkey, default is ALT+L, highlight the quest then click 'Complete Quest' below the quest description
