Skulls Everywhere

I know there has to be a way to turn off the skulls on the map/mini map. My BG"S are now pure white, and my quest zones are getting there. Could someone please tell me what check box needs to be (un)checked.

Right click the Carbonite minimized map, and choose "Show" in the menu that opens. At the bottom of the "Show" menu, please make sure "Show kill icons" is NOT checked. That should do away with the skull-fest for you.
