Addon to show English descriptions of items

Hi, I am in China and just started using the Chinese client of WOW. I can read some Chinese, but my head aches.

I guess there is no way to change the locale of the client, so does anyone know of any addon which shows English descriptions of items? Maybe something that grabs wowhead info and shows it in a popup or something (like Lightheaded, but for all items in the game)?

I would really appreciate any suggestion. Thanks!!

I made this for russian client, but it should work with chinese too.
With GlobalStrings module i'm trying not to cause massive taint, so it contains only important parts of enGB strings.
Tho extremely rarely taint does happen.
If this dialog will bother you, enable BlockTaintPopup or don't use eng globalstrings at all.
There's also achievements module, which i'm not including, cause i haven't updated it's database since wotlk.
