unknown debuff on mobs while warrior tanking

Hi man, thanks for fixing the TC timer issue so fast but now i am experiencing a new issue where the debuff bar shows an unknown 6sec debuff on mobs randomly (the 6 sec seems to indicate its a issue with TC?). I have tried to figure out which attack causes it but it seems to be random. i will continue testing and see if i can see which attack is causing it. here is a SS

i am using the nui5 latest version btw.
