Windows moved once, now never again

On my Priest, I was able to move the character portraits to the right side of the screen. Now, when I log in, the only window movable or scaleable is the 5th players party portrait. Nothing will else will scale or move with the exception of toolbars that can still be moved. Same goes for all of my other characters. None of the windows that bib made movable, can be moved. Any ideas? I hae re-installed new versions of Bibmod after deleting the old.
