Issues with Recount and Omen Threat Meter

I got a new computer and have finished DL WoW and all of my adds. I am having problems getting Recount and Omen Threat Meter to work. While I have nUI 5.07.24 loaded. They both work fine if I do not load the game with nUI. I have also dl Stats (Merged Omen3/Recount info panel) and it does not work either. The only thing I have in the right information panel is the map that I have to shift + m to get rid of. Please let me know3 what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance.
