Spartan UI - Dead?

Does anyone know if the Spartan UI project is dead? There hasn't been an update since last year and the off-site forum site for it appears to be gone. The main site for it just displays a title page. I really like the looks of the UI, but I've no desire to get used to a UI that won't have support when Cataclysm comes out in a few months.

They're more than likely coming out with something new as their website says "Please Standby..."
