Reconfigure Action Bars

Hi. I just started using nUI and am trying to learn how to configure it. In the past I've used the addon Dominos to reconfigure my action bars. I like the action bar 1 centered near the bottom of the screen (close to its default position in nUI), with action bars 2 and 3 immediately below it. This lets me see my primary rotation on bar 1 with situational alternatives and buffs immediately below.

Is there anyway to similarly reconfigure the action bars in nUI?
