mini map icon's

I Am having an issue with all of my icons flashing the the gathering icons. This started after the 5.07.18 plus update and has continued through 5.07.19 plus, I didn't see that anyone else had posted this problem. please help it is very annoying.

are you using carbonite? if so thats the problem, nUI dosnt do anything with the minimap icons.
