Chatframe with Skinner

Is there an Option to disable that skinner skins the chatframe? i search for one but only found for character and npc frames

If you look under the Skinner Options, you should see the expandable selection of UI Frames. In there you should see the "Chat Edit Box" selection. That is what you seek.

Edit Box only deals with the edit box. But below that is the check box for the chat frame itself.
