Do you know what compilation that came from?

It might be a re-skin of simpleCompass

It's the only top down compass I know of. The guy who UI that pic belongs to may have reskinned it.

I am not sure about that. I just saw it posted by another person asking the same question in the WoW forums and I thought since no nobody knew there I could ask it here. I can try ti find out though

I was discussing this in the WoW UI Forums just the other day. See my comments (Dainbramage) at the bottom of the first page. It is a variation of SimpleCompass.

The author of the mod updated the original version after the discussion on the WoW Forum and there is a link to that on page two of the thread linked above.
