Any chance of having the option for this mod to show percentages instead of the actual numbers?

I am trying to show both the numbers and the percentages on the mob, but Blizzard doesn't give the option for the numbers to be split so if i show percentages on the mobs then my own health also is in percentages, which i don't want.
