gouge cooldown bar?

im looking for a mod that displays the duration of my gouge or cheapshot when it applyed to a enemy, i think it was used in the roguecraft video, it showed up as a yellow bar. any help would be awesome thanks.

thanks, but now i m looking for a mod like that where it countdowns and when it finishes the count it flashes a yellow border around the icon making it very noticable i thought this would be in co untdown cool but didnt see it i n the options, please help. thanks
