Objective is not in Database?!

I'm using Carbonite 3.01.

I've noticed that for a lot of quests in The Barrens, I get a message that 'the Objective is not in Database' when I try to track them. They are both above my level as well as below. And yes, I tried adjusting 'The number of quests to below player level to keep in memory', but it was at it's default 80, and changing it to 0 affected the ones I already could see, but reverting back to 80 still gives the same 'Objective is not in Database' when I try select those Barrens quests.

What should I do?

Can you list a few of the quests so I can check it out.

Just check most of the quest in Ratchet for Alliance.
When playing Horde, all the quest is in the database.

I think they must be flagged incorrectly to be Horde only.
