Add-ons missing

I loaded the newest version of Carbonite. Now, the only icon that appears on the top right, is the Carbonite icon. I cannot find the rest of my addons. I temporarily disabled Carbonite, and all my addons came back. Turned Carbonite back on again, and they disappear again. I can't even find them on my UI with Carbonite running. Any ideas on what the problem is, and what I can do to fix it? I want to be able to use Carbonite, and the rest of my addons.

There's a modifier you can hold when you click the Carbonite button to show / hide minimap buttons other than Carbonite's. Don't remember which, though - try it with Shift, CTRL, and ALT.
