Bug: No quest completion sound

Hello,

I've completed two daily quests in Dalaran. In Carbonite 3.34, i'd hear "Quest Completed". In Carbonite 4Beta, I've got the sound turned on, and quest completion sounds turned on, but I do not hear anything when completing a quest.

i don't hear that sound either. i currently have the 4.003 version but thinking about reverting back to 4.001 till there's a newer version (again).

Went through all the quest completion sounds. All of the quest completion sounds play except the top default one.

Same here they all work except for the Mortal Kombat sounding one ... God I love that sound

Are the sound files in wav format? As of this patch, either wav is no longer supported, or there is a bug in wav support. Converting to ogg fixes the problem. Source

Yep a wav file. Good info! It may have taken me a while to figure that out. Will try the ogg convert.

I don't hear the sound either but i see it's fixed but when i complete a quest it is shown in the chatbox but it goes on and on. It repeats it self numerous times with highspeed so i'm not able to type messages or read them.

I would be really happy to have a little bug like that. I haven't been able to install carbonite yet in such a way my idiotic mac recognizes it ingame.

Well, for me, 1- I don't get the quest completion sound
2- the quest remains unfinished and it doesn't even show ANY progress on the quest even when I finish it, and the quest area remains marked on the map with like "Example Quest 0/10 Items needed" with the colored space, I don't know if anyone else is having that problem, but I am..
Love your addon, great work, hope it becomes stable again soon =)
