(Looking for a web developer)

I am looking for a web developer to help me with a community project for nUI and SPIELWERKZ. I need someone who is talented and willing to both work hard and quickly. Above all else, someone who will finish what they start. The skill set I am looking for is someone familiar with the PayPal and Google Checkout payment gateways, mySQL databases, working in a Linux virtual server environment and content management for membership based web services.

In order to get this completed professionally and on time, I am willing to pay for the work. However, due to the very limited funds I have available to work with for nUI, I need someone who is willing to take payment on the back side and/or over time. I do anticipate the venture to be successful and for there to be a lot more work for a good web developer going forward, as well. I want to get the base work done over the next two weeks and then start building on it from there and anticipate it potentially being a full time contract position going forward for the right person.

I'm an old school developer and self taught code monkey... I am far more interested in raw talent, drive and ambition than education. If you have the skills and can commit to knocking the work out in short order (days/weeks) then please contact me and I'll give you details of what functionality I need and we'll see if you think you can do it and on the time line I need it done as well as working out price and payment terms.
