Okay, figured it out.

New PowerBars file attached. Don't need to call ShardBar_Update directly anymore it seems. OnLoad automatically sorts that stuff out for you.

Yep, and its the one I have no clue where to start at, at the moment. I'm sure it's an all addon thing so will see if people can track it down in other addons to give me some clue in nUI where to start rofl.

Just glad I got it working as quickly I did. I'm sure there are other errors lurking around and it isn't the tidiest of fixes.

Thanks to Seerahs help realised what had happened to LFG and Battlefield minimap buttons .. they were merged into a single one. Seems to only affect the attached 2 files but only visible when trying for a dungeon so when someones brave to test it out let me know if you see the button on the top of the minimap where the old dungeon eye button used to be.



minimap should be in integration and buttonbag in plugins


Still the inspect error to track down but SDPhantom said they would take a look at it as I still can't track down what part of nUI is causing the error.

All Changed Files as of 30 June 2012

Feel free to read through our fun identifying and fixing the errors that surfaced today but here is a final copy of all the files I adjusted to get nUI to work without sending errors out at you.

As I mentioned on the first set of attachments the zip files are so named to identify which nUI folders they belong in.

Barring the elusive inspect error which occurs on target change and seems to be unrelated to nUI but nUI helps to trigger it there may be other errors out there that are not so prominent. I have yet to group or raid up with someone to see if that hits another set of errors and of course zoning in etc may show up with some more, who knows. Of course if someone does come across these errors then feel free to post them.

Thanks to Cairenn please find these patch files under the nUI and nUI+ download files as optional patches.

Should hopefully cut down on the amount of files I upload here at least.

As a side thought, is it possible to disable the inspecting? Or would that break the grouping?

Got the inspect working, even re-enabled Scotts attempts at allowing it to work... just working on displaying race rather than talent if talent doesn't exist on that unit yet.... almost there.

Yep, looks like I got it sorted.

Extended talent storage from 5 mins to 30 mins. Can always change it later if it works out to be too much.

Only current specialization will display based on last inspect.

Can't seem to get it to update straight away yet. Have to retarget... hmmm let me see.

Edit: Okay thats working ... may have to take that away if it eats up more fps but I didn't notice anything bad .. yet.

yuck.. My bag has 'green' blocks in it...

Tried opening my nUI Bag, and it has 3 green blocks in it. One 2nd row, opens the calendar, I dont know about the other 2 on the first row.

How do you fix nUI to work on 1920x1080 widescreen HD monitors? Everything is squished. Yes, my settings are correct (ui scale is not ticked)... this is the only all-in-one ui suite that I've tried that does not display correctly in game.

Not sure about that Petrah,

Scott has nUI.lua showing
nUI_MasterFrame:SetHeight( 1080 );
nUI_MasterFrame:SetWidth( 1920 );
at the bottom of the file but he dabbles with scaling so that may affect things.

I usually play with scaling on otherwise it tends to make nUI take up too much screen estate for some reason for me.

You could try the toggle for the viewport and see if that helps you. /nui viewport .. twice I think to get it to stick.

Thanks, yes the error has occurred before but need an idea of level caps to fill the level max table for each of the levels. So far I can see that 86 is 10,000,000 and yours is saying you are at 88 or 89 with a max of 21,200,000 to level.

rofl, maybe an idea, depends if I actually start playing when the expansion hits. Would be nice to have my wow costs covered each month, would be like playing for free haha. I've never put a paypal link on any of my addons.. will see what happens when the expansion hits.
