Working for new toons but not for old

After the update Carbonite isnt working on my old toons. I just made a new toon and BOOM its working on that one. So now I'm intrigued. I unistalled and reinstalled again right now just to see if I missed anything and its still not working. Can someone help me out here? I love this UI!

The problem was somewhere in the toons profile folder.

I fixed it by deleting the Server folder, uninstalling Carbonite, reinstalling Carbonite, restarting WoW.

Yes many addons have character specific configuration data located in your WTF\(account name) folder, this includes Carbonite.
